About the Organization
For more than 30 years, The HOPE Center in Woodstock, Georgia, has served women, men, and families throughout North Metro Atlanta by providing compassionate, Christ-centered support during pregnancy and beyond. What began as a pregnancy resource ministry has grown into a comprehensive life-affirming organization offering medical services, parenting education, mentoring, fatherhood support, material assistance, and community partnerships. The HOPE Center's mission is to equip pregnant women, men, and families to choose life while sharing the hope of Jesus Christ through practical, emotional, physical, medical, and spiritual support. Over the past decade, the organization has served more than 10,000 clients and documented 1,672 life decisions.
About the Role
The HOPE Center is seeking a spiritually mature, relational, and visionary Executive Director to lead a thriving, Christ-centered, life-affirming ministry serving women, men, and families throughout North Metro Atlanta. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as both the spiritual and organizational leader of the ministry, providing vision, leadership, and oversight for programs, people, development efforts, community engagement, operations, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will build upon a strong foundation while helping expand the ministry's impact, strengthen partnerships, and ensure long-term organizational health and sustainability. Responsibilities
Organizational Leadership
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the ministry.
- Ensure alignment between organizational activities and The HOPE Center's mission, vision, and values.
- Lead and develop a strong leadership team while fostering a healthy, Christ-centered culture.
- Promote organizational accountability, excellence, collaboration, and stewardship.
- Strengthen systems, processes, and leadership capacity to support future growth.
Development & Donor Engagement
- Serve as a key ambassador and advocate for the ministry.
- Provide strategic oversight of fundraising, marketing, and donor engagement efforts.
- Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, churches, foundations, and community partners.
- Support fundraising events, annual campaigns, and donor communications.
- Communicate ministry impact in ways that inspire generosity and deepen engagement.
Community Presence & Partnerships
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for The HOPE Center.
- Build and strengthen relationships with churches, healthcare providers, ministries, businesses, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at speaking engagements, community events, and partnership opportunities.
- Expand strategic partnerships that enhance services and increase ministry impact.
- Champion the pro-life mission with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
Strategic & Financial Stewardship
- Partner with the Board of Directors to establish and execute strategic priorities.
- Lead annual planning and organizational goal-setting efforts.
- Collaborate with finance leadership in the development and stewardship of the annual budget.
- Present organizational updates, metrics, and strategic initiatives to the Board.
- Ensure sound financial stewardship, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
- Support annual audits and organizational reviews.
Qualifications
Required
- Demonstrated leadership experience within the pro-life movement.
- Five or more years of senior nonprofit, ministry, or executive leadership experience.
- Experience leading and developing teams.
- Experience working effectively with governing boards.
- Fundraising and donor development experience.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strategic planning and organizational leadership experience.
- Ability to serve as a visible and engaging ambassador for the ministry.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Pregnancy center leadership experience.
- Experience leading community partnerships and ministry collaborations.
- Experience overseeing multi-department teams and organizational operations.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership within the pro-life ministry sector.
