If you're someone who gets excited about both landing major funding and helping colleagues reach their full potential, this could be your perfect fit.

  • Dive deep into fascinating programs and initiatives, collaborating with passionate teams to tell their stories

  • Research funding opportunities and craft narratives that funders can't resist

  • See your proposals come to life as they secure meaningful funding for important causes

The "Coach" Side (Leading a Team):

  • Share your expertise by mentoring talented grant writers and strategists who are eager to learn and grow

  • Review and polish proposals, helping team members elevate their craft

  • Create resources, templates, and best practices that make everyone's work stronger

  • Be the go-to strategist for our most complex and exciting proposals

The Big Picture Impact:

  • Help shape our team's direction and ensure we're delivering exceptional work across the board

  • Stay on the cutting edge of philanthropy trends and share insights that benefit everyone

  • Foster a culture where learning, collaboration, and celebration go hand-in-hand

What We're Looking For

Your Background:

  • Preference given to candidates living in Dallas or Atlanta
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's is a nice bonus!)

  • 7+ years of grant writing experience with wins you're proud of

  • Experience mentoring others while juggling your own successful workload

Your Superpowers:

  • You're a gifted storyteller who can make any program shine on paper

  • Your organizational skills are legendary—you thrive managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • You're genuinely excited about helping others succeed and grow

  • Your collaborative spirit makes everyone around you better

Your Style:

  • Approachable and supportive; people love working with you

  • Detail-oriented but never loses sight of the big picture

  • Curious and always learning about the latest in grantmaking

  • Resilient and positive, even when facing tight deadlines

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Comprehensive benefits: Health insurance, retirement planning, generous PTO, and professional development opportunities

  • Growth-focused environment: We invest in your continued learning and career development

  • Meaningful work: Every day, you'll help organizations secure funding that changes lives
