DickersonBakker is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a high-performing team and manage lead generation campaigns across five specialized service lines. You’ll oversee marketing operations, manage a creative and collaborative team, and help shape strategy for a growing national consulting firm.
What You’ll Do
Lead a team of marketers supporting Capital Campaigns, Fundraising Solutions, Grant Services, Talent Solutions, and Church Services
Manage execution of cross-channel campaigns (email, social, webinars, events)
Serve as project manager for a busy production calendar across teams and vendors
Optimize lead generation through HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and automation
Collaborate with service line leaders and the SVP of Business Development & Marketing to align goals
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 5+ years of marketing experience and 1–2 years leading a team Know your way around HubSpot (or a similar platform)
Love organizing people, projects, and platforms
Can communicate clearly and work cross-functionally
Enjoy helping others grow while keeping the big picture in mind
Bonus Points If You:
Know your way around WordPress, Canva, or Adobe tools
Have experience marketing in nonprofit or B2B sectors
