It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Guidelines International Ministries (Guidelines) headquartered in Mission Viejo, California in the search for a Director of Development (DOD).

Guidelines International Ministries (Guidelines) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead and manage the organization's fundraising efforts. This person will play a critical role in supporting the organization's mission of shining the light of the Gospel in places of spiritual darkness through radio messages that encourage, equip, and bring hope in Jesus to new believers, the unreached, and those living under persecution.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful fundraising and donor relationship management, with experience in major gift solicitation, grantmaking, and event planning.
